Hi, I'm Mario.
For 10 years I worked at an EdTech startup. Joined when there were under 10 employees, helped grow it to 50+ and a $40M valuation. I'm a certified mental performance coach trained under a guy who works with MLB players and Olympians. I'm a 2x Ironman, 50k, 50-mile, and 100-mile ultramarathon finisher. In 2023, I completed a 262-mile ultra-triathlon as one of 34 athletes in the world.
And in 2023, the stress was so bad I developed an autoimmune disease that broke out as a rash all over my body.
I had a wife I loved. Three girls under six. By every external measure, I was winning. And every morning I woke up with a vague sense of dread before my feet hit the floor.

The Accelerator is a 3-month group coaching program designed to install all 5 phases with structure and a community of CEO dads doing the same work. Bi-weekly 1-on-1 calls with me, daily accountability through Driven OS, and the brotherhood. 1-on-1 High Performance Coaching is custom, weekly, more intensive, and reserved for a small number of clients. Pricing is by application. Most guys come into the Accelerator first, and the few who need a deeper level move into 1-on-1 from there.
Do I need to use Driven OS if I'm in coaching?
Yes. Driven OS is how I track your daily habits and how we keep accountability between calls. It's included free for all Accelerator and 1-on-1 clients, so you don't need to subscribe separately.
Is this for me if I'm still pre-revenue or just starting out?

Is this a faith-based program?
I'm a Christian and my faith shows up in my work openly. There's a Proverbs verse on every product. There are clients who share my faith and clients who don't. The system itself is practical, data-driven, and works for any CEO dad regardless of where you're at spiritually. You won't be pressured. You will see Scripture quoted occasionally.
